Our sales engineers, support team, and administrative personnel are working from home, but our technicians are available to continue to provide service on your HVAC systems. We have a large inventory of heat pumps, small to mid-size rooftop units, and many parts and supplies on hand in all our warehouses in Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo and have personnel staffed to meet your needs. Orders can be shipped or available for curbside pickup by appointment.
We assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers by following CDC guidelines as well as state and county mandates. Our phones are being answered by auto-attendant and you can easily navigate the menu to be put in touch with someone to assist you. Any messages left will be frequently checked and forwarded to the correct party. We are staying open and available so that you can too, and we will get through this together.
