Baltimore Aircoil Announces New Representation Agreement with Modular Comfort Systems in Western and Central New York.
Baltimore October 18, 2019 Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is pleased to introduce Modular Comfort Systems (MCS) as the new BAC Representative for the commercial HVAC & manufacturing markets of our Central and Western New York territory.
MCS is a rapidly-growing company and a leader in evaporative cooling solutions in their markets. They began in 1968 as a manufacturer’s representative of commercial and industrial packaged HVAC terminal units. Within a few years, they expanded to include
commercial and industrial mechanical HVAC equipment, including cooling towers.
MCS has demonstrated they are focused on meeting the evaporative cooling needs of HVAC contractors, mechanical consulting engineers and owners in both the plan/spec and design/build markets. With a fleet of service vehicles, training rooms and warehouses in Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo, they have a track record of providing unmatched service and support before, during, and after the sale.
Second generation owner and President Chris Miller has extensive experience in developing and executing successful business plans with 30+ years of industry experience. He is joined by co-owners Drew Reagan serving the Rochester area and Sal Gorino serving the Buffalo area. Rick Lopez, Jake Hall, Phil Randall, Matt Mason and Adam Keller have joined this team after the recent merger of MCS and Pro Air Plus. These leaders, along with the other 65+ employees are ready to serve your market.
