Eric Miller – New General Manager of Modular Comfort Systems, a member of Daikin Group

We know that you value experienced, responsive and high-quality support, which is why we are excited to share the news that effective May 11th, 2026, Eric Miller will begin his tenure as General Manager of Modular Comfort Systems, a member of Daikin Group.

Eric has been working at MCS since 2016, bringing his expertise in the financial world into MCS’s daily operations. During these past 10 years, he has implemented several processes behind the scenes which simply makes all aspects of our company work better. Eric has built a strong reputation as a problem solver and an innovative collaborator at all levels of MCS.

This hands-on position will integrate Eric’s vision with MCS and its partners. Eric’s vision is simple; focus on growth and continue to provide the customer service core values that built MCS. Eric will lead with vision and accountability and set the tone for a healthy, high-performing culture that values collaboration, initiative, and professional growth.

Our focus will be to continue to serve our customers to the best of our abilities. In order to do that, Eric will oversee the MCS four core business units—Equipment Sales, Distribution, Service, and Parts. He’ll ensure each unit operates with a goal toward understanding and anticipating our customers’ needs as well maintaining our commitment to quality and partnership.

All customers and contractors points of contact will remain the same. The company leaders you have interacted with are still here and available! Our primary goal is to help you and your business to thrive. That doesn’t change.
